Welcome to Spark and the team!

Once you start tracking your food, it may help keep you in better line with the eating. It is an eye opener once you realize what is in the food you eat and how much is in one portion.

Best wishes to you!

Hi Everyone,
My name is Penny, I'm 46 yrs old, married, 2 children, an elementary school teacher and have 30 pounds to lose. I'm a junk food addict and don't have a taste for cooked vegetables, although I love salad. My challenges in the past have been staying within my allotted calories and not eating my emotions. Sound familiar? I'll take any suggestions you all have.
