Nothing is more discouraging than busting your butt to get things right, only to have everything go wrong again.....
I finished my 12 week cardiac rehab program on Monday, March 19th., only to be lying in the hospital the next day, in the Cath Lab, to have 3 new stents put in. It seems my body doesn't like foreign objects being placed in it. I've been so discouraged, discusted, depressed and every other "d" word every since then.
The first time I had the stents put in, I came home feeling like a million dollers. I felt younger, and had so much energy I couldn't believe it. This time I feel tired and very frustrated. I can't seem to get back into my diet. I still go to exercise 6 days a week, but my heart just isn't in it. Is this common? If so, how long does this funk last??????
The only limitations I have are those I impose upon myself. - Sufi Saying
