Hi, Just getting started here on the site. I have been to many tracking sites in the past. I was told that this one is hands down AWESOME! I haven't really did much in efforts to change my lifestyle as of yet. But building the plan is i guess the first step!
I do have a lot I need to improve on in my own life. So I"m excited and a bit dreadful.. I remember how hard new things like this is hard to start and I also remember how i felt when i did this last time!
I do want that feeling back!
