I walk, A LOT, I find it is good for the soul as well. I also use Jillian Michaels DVDs for strength training (cardio too). The key is to find what is safe for you to do that you also enjoy, it makes it a lot easier to stick with!
Hey all!!! Looking to lose some of my belly weight before my honeymoon. Had heart issues in college where its hard to run for a long period of time without having problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated and need some motivation to get up and lose some weight. ANy ideas?
