Welcome to Spark and the team! I am so happy to see Quitting Smoking on that list! That should do a lot of your health and happiness. I am not a smoker so I can not speak for the challenge in front of you, but I will say that there is a lot of great people on spark that can be there to help encourage and motivate you!
