I have been serious walking for a week and watching my diet. I ate and drank myself into my condition over my 52 years. I quit smoking years ago and gave up the alcohol 2 years in November. I also had a major depressive episode, but I am now on the mend, I don't know how I managed to stumble upon this great site, but it sure is inspiring and seems like a great online community. Keep up the great work everyone! I'm glad to be a member.
