I'm 46 and finding out as I go through my 40's that my body changes. I'm a mom of 3 teenagers. One in college, one in high school, and one in middle school. I am married for 27 yrs. I find it hard to balance work and home sometimes but now a new factor is involved......my health. If you don't balance work and home....your health will go bad. i need help losing weight in my gutt. I would like to lose 10 lbs. I hope this site can help me out.
