It sure sounds like you are a very busy person! It is great that you have goals like yours! I hope you can find the time and balance to get to where you want to be. It sounds like fitness was a great part of your life at one point for you to be a competitive swimmer.

Hi,
My name is Jessica. I have about 60 lbs I want to lose, plus I want to get back to how I felt when I swam competitively, I want to feel strong again. I'm also in nursing school and I want to be an example for my patients. I don't want to be obese and try to educate my patients on proper nutrition. I also want to have a family and I don't want my habits to have a negative effect on them. Originally, I joined the site because of a class , but now I'm using it because my support system at home has fallen apart. Anyway, anyone who has suggestions I'd be happy to hear them.
