Welcome to the team!
I was born with TOF and have had two open-heart surgeries. I had my pulmonic valve replaced almost five years ago. I find that strength training is pretty low key on my heart and walking seems to be the best. Luckily my heart can handle cardio. Your cardiologist may have some suggestions for you. It is a frustrating dilemma; get healthy but without great exercise...I wish you the best!

Hello! I'm Daya, and I'm 18 years old. All my life I was used to have a flat belly, but things have changed. I can't do most exercises.... why? I suffer from mitral valve prolapse and everything gets uncomfortable. If you suffer from the same as me(or any other heart condition), how do you handle exercise???
Gracias y buenas noches!
