I'm 46 and the mother of four. I hit bottom in March when I received some bad health news and also weighed in at an all time high of 172. I began eating differently and taking many pills, with the care of my doctor. I began and completed a walking program and then started and finished a couch to 5K program. As of yesterday, I've lost 11 pounds and I managed to jog a 5K without stopping last night. A friend told me about this site. I need to stay motivated and focused on losing additional weight and maintaining/improving my healthier lifestyle.
