After retiring from a wonderful, rewarding career and dealing with a difficult life change, I decided to move to the Czech Republic. I had spent more than one vacation here and fell in love with Prague. What a wonderful city....It has been an interesting transition to a culture much different from my own. I am learning the language; a challenging task but I am slowing succeeding in my goal. I walk a lot here but with the scale stubbornly refusing to move in the right direction, I decided it was time to look at my diet. I had read a recent article which mentioned SparkPeople and decided to give it a try. Wow! What a great website - easy to use and so many tools available. I planned a weeks worth of menus in no time at all. I know this website is going to be exactly what I need to lose this excess weight once and for all.
