My name is Adrienne. I am 20 years old. I am 135lbs right now and as I learn more about health, I realize more That I have horrible eating habits and a negative self-image. Every day I wake up with the an intention of starting my life changing eating and workout habits, And usually by noon they are already broken. Everyday for the past several years my excuse has been... "ill start tomorrow"... I am tired of the inconsistencies in my life And dieting. I want to be confident in my body and gain healthy habits and have self control with what I eat and do.
