Welcome! I understand your situation. I am lucky enough to have the help of my husband. But my two children keep us running almost seven days a week. Do you have a Wii or DVD player? I exercise at night after I put my children to bed. I have lost 40 lbs since Jan 1 using my Wii (Biggest Loser) and Jilian Michaels DVDs. Working out at home can work, especially when it is your only option. You have to start to start feeling that energy you are talking about. Take it one day at a time. And re-start when needed. Hi there I am a mom of 2 beautiful girls 3 and 18 months old and I really haven't had anytime for myself. I still don't to be honest but my health is really suffering and I am prediabetic. I know I will feel better once I lose some weight and gain some energy back. Its the getting started that I am struggling with, no energy as my blood sugar is high and not sleeping enough. My husband works out of town so I am single parenting 4 days a week with no breaks! So I just wanted to say hello and see if anyone had some tips for me or some motivation to help me find some dedication. Thanks for taking the time to read my post!!
