Some times it is good to do some volunteer work. Especially because you are so young, may be you can spend a few hours a month helping other kids and young people adjust. It may help some of the anger you feel.
Anyway, glad you are looking forward to being able to move more and be active. I am sure the doctors are pleased with you and so they will give you the ok to move to the next level.
Wishing you the very best.
Watching salt intake also trying not to buy foods that have high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.
No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.
If an item has more than 10 ingredients I put it on the Do Not Buy List as it is too processed.
Hi everyone! My name is Sarah and I'm 28 years old. I have sick sinus syndrome and got a pacemaker implanted October 15th, 2009. So it's almost been a year now. Before that I had 2 RF ablations in my very early 20's for SVT. I just got the OK from my Cardiologist this past week for moderate intensity exercise, and they changed the settings on my pacer. Hopefully being able to exercise a bit more will help with the weight loss. It has been quite the struggle being so young and having to deal with heart problems. I get very angry and a lot of the times choose to deal with my emotions by over-eating.
