your awful young to be having so much trouble with your heart. I think you ought to get an other Dr. Maybe you need to go and get an EP Test done. This checks the electrical part of the heart. Your pressure is too low. That is dangerously low. I'd seek more help. I check around. I know how you feel. I am getting a second opinion myself as soon as I can.
My bad episodes go about like this: sudden sharp pain in my chest. It takes my breath away and my left arm is numb and both hands are useless. Both hands swell immediately. The less severe times my heart rate has been 150-160, sometimes it is over 250. Everyone tells me I get really pale, and I don't have the strength to stand up. I went thru a few beta blockers, but my BP stays so low it is hard to be on them. My normal blood pressure is 90/65 or so. On the meds it drops to 80/40 and was even below that for about a month. I have had trouble with it off and on since I was 7. They treat it if my blood pressure is high enough. This medicine is the first one that hasn't sent me on a roller coaster ride with my BP. The others it would go up to 120/90, I would take my med and withing an hour my BP would be 80/40.Either my heart is racing away where I am all jittery or my blood pressure would drop so low i couldn't think. The acebutolol doesn't change my blood pressure much at all. My cardiologist thinks they can shock my heart and possibly correct it, but obviously that couldn't be done while I was pregnant. Although if I continue having problems after a few months passes we will revisit it. All the episodes are pretty much the same unless I am having seizures, then they are more severe. Until the last year I rarely had issues with my heart and epilepsy at the same time. Generally one would be at bay when the other flared up.

I havae tachcardia, It all started last March .. I woke up morning and went back to bed and started to feel really weird. All of a sudden my started to get this burning like sensation going accross my chest and into my arms. It moved down to the rest of my body. My hands and feet started to tingle. Than, no sooner that happened my heart start to palputate real fast. Of course I paniced and thought I was having a heart attack and called 911 In the mean time, it seemed like it took for ever for them to get here. The girl was still on the phone with me. I was praying out loud and then I said to her. I think I am going. My throat was starting to close up. At least that is what it felt like. It was the strangest sensation I had ever have. No sooner I said that, she said, they are in your yard rignt now. I hallard to the mt and they came in. They put the monitor on me and my heart rate was up to 160... They put nito unter my tongue. The spray and pill. Than everything stopped for awhile. They took me in the ambulance and on the way I had a couple more attacks. Finally I got to the ER and had a couple their. So automatically the put me on Cardizam IV and it keep my heart rate down and my blood pressure finally went back to normal. I was admitted into the hospital. They did blood work, x-rays,and CT Scan on my chest. No problems with my lungs. Finally they did a Cath. and it was good. So they come to the conclusion it was a panic attack. I don't buy that. Here at home I have had several attacks, but they were mild. And everytime I get one something is different. My head will be light headed, or I can't breathe, or my neck and throat will feel weird. I am now to perinode it isn't funny anymore. They have me on two beta blockers so my heart doesn't have to work so hard, and also keeping the heart rate down. I hate taking them, because I did some research and if I remember correctly, it can cause other problems, like CHF if I remember right.
Sorry I wrote so much. ButI wanted to see if you had similar problems, and wanted to compare here.
Hi! I am almost 29 and just had my 5th and final baby. I have always had problems with arrhythmia. However this last pregnancy my heart threw in the towel. LOL I went to the doctor because it was out of control, and 2months later we find out I was pregnant all along! I am hoping to get my feet going faster than my heart soon. I am acebutolol, i take it as sparingly as possible because I am still mad that I have to take it at all and I am breastfeeding.
