When I was in grammar school, my nickname was "flatsie", because I was flat-chested. Even after breast-feeding 4 kids, I still didn't have much, but then when I got lupus, I had to start taking medical steroids, and within about 6 months, my breasts suddenly got a lot bigger. (I thought this was great!) But at the same time, I had a member ship at a health club, I was working out at least 3 times a week, and I was in really fantastic shape. Then my membership ran out, I quit working out altogether for 3 months, and boy, did I pack on the weight. Now I have a heart condition, so I have to take it easy how much and what type of exercise I do. I'm waiting for clearance from my doctor as to when I can get started again (I had a cone biopsy on Dec. 27).
I keep wondering if I didn't have to take the steroids anymore, if I would go back to being "flatsie".

Hi and welcome to the group! This heart stuff sure is an annoying bump in the road. All we can do is do our best on the parts we can control. I still struggle with it all:P But here's to a new year and better health:)
