I was so surprised when I found this group name on the list. I was 49 when I had my heart attack, had 3 medicated stents (the day the crazy news about them broke) and am now trying very hard to lose 20 pounds. Doc says no more than 20 grams of fat a day and move, move, move, but, so far it's not moving. I have so many things, health-wise, going on at the same time my body doesn't know which one to battle first.
Looking forward to getting to know you all better.
