Thought I'd update since it's been awhile. I'm almost to my healthy weight range! Thought I would get there by October but it gets ALOT harder to lose weight the thinner I get. Still plugging away though. I found Sparkcoach and that has been helping me off the plateau I've been on for a month or two. If you haven't tried it yet go check it out. Sparkcoach rocks!

It's been awhile since I'm posted anything here but I thought I'd let you know what's new with me. I started counting calories again 2-7-12. I've been weighing in on wii fit almost everyday. At first my Wii Mii kept saying "ewww that's obese" when I weighed in. After losing 43# I'm just overweight. I plan to reach a healthy normal weight by the end of October. I also walk my dog 5.5 miles most days. I eat about 1200 calories a day and do not eat after 6 pm. I also drink 4 water bottle daily. I love pinterest and have a board devoted to health with tools, recipes, and motivational quotes. So far so good. I can't wait to reach my goal so I can add a few more calories but I know journaling my calories daily is what will keep me at a healthy weight once I get there. My name is Lisa and I'm a married 52 yo mother of two sons.
