Secondly, a good exercise program to include cardio, strength, walking, swimming, etc. try to walk at least 10,000 steps which is about 4 miles; more if you can. Start off small and build up. God Bless You

Frrst thing is to change your eating habits. I suggest you go on the inernet and makeyou a copy of LOW GLYSEMIC FOOD LIST. Use it as a grocery list and to plan your meals. t will hepl you with your diabetes, losing weight and so forth. God Bless You! Vic.

I'm a type one diabetic and since I've had it, I've been abusing it it numerous ways. I really want to get on track with that, as well as lose weight and just be overall healthy. I also want to try to be more of a vegetarian and hopefully take out most to all meats in my diet. I want to lower my cholesterol since it is a factor of concern with my family. I want to take control of my life and be happy. Any advice would be helpful; I would love to talk to people on here :)
