Hi , I'm a fifty year old stay at home mom ( love this job). My sweet hubby and I have four biological kids and five adopted and six grankids. I need to loose about 35 pounds. My goal is to have a permanent way of healthy eating and firm up and strengthen my body.
This site is great, but I must admit a bit overwhelming. I'm on information overload. Probably best to set some small goals first.
