Hello. I am no newbie to spark people. It helped me to lose 30 pounds a few years ago. However since moving and becoming extremely busy with my 3 children I have gained 20 of it back, mainly due to inactivity and too much eating out! I need help, motivation, goodwill! I am going to make short term goals instead of long term ones. I did it before, I know I can do it again! So my goal is to lose 10 pounds in 50 days! Think I can do it? Cheer me on! I have become unhealthy. My blood pressure is high (I'm only 31). I'm tired all the time. I'm moody because of it. I'm just plain unhappy. I want to feel my best.
So I've started a vegetable garden, purchased chickens for fresh eggs! I plan to eat more of the freshest ingredients I can find and stay away from preservatives as much as possible. My goal is to one day get over this coffee addiction! But that's a hurdle I'm not ready to jump yet!
