Yes, as you've discovered this site is a huge...ok: VAST!... maze!! It's interesting to explore it, so you get a feel for things. Finding different parts is eased when you use the tabs at the top of the pages as a guide. Two tools can help you structure your use of time and tools here:
1. The SP Diet Stages:
The Stages slowly help us look through the layers of habits we have to examine and when indicated make subtle (and big) changes. If you follow the emails and truly read and DO the 'activities' in the stages, you'll be on a true journey. (We use that word journey a lot here!)
2. The SparkPoints Page:
I go to this page to use it as a sort of check-list; it helps me remember to use the tools I choose/need here. Just using the page this way helps me ...because I have a tendency to get distracted.
