Looks like there are quite a few of us here. Welcome to all new and welcome back to all us "quitters" :P
It has been about a year and a half since I surpassed my original goal and said farewell to Spark confident that I learned what to do to stay fit and healthy. Well, life has a way of throwing curve balls and I got away from what I knew to be good for me and regained 30 pounds.
So, here I am hoping to burn it off and remember some of the great habits that have worked for me before.
Truthfully, it's a bit humbling to be back as I was hoping to be able to do it on my own, but everyone needs a bit of a kick in the pants sometime right? :)
If anyone would like to befriend a quitter *giggle* I'd appreciate some friendly accountability while trying to gt back into my running shoes. Much love.
