I hear ya, SBAGNALL2. I'm new to this group too, but so far, they're the most active bunch I've seen yet. Thus far, they are quite the encouraging bunch.

Yuuup, I'm restarting almost 50 pounds more than I was when I started this journey LAST year (not even the FIRST time I started it..)
But you know what, it's okay. Because we're back here now and that's the important part.
Cheers, Katie

Weight loss is accomplished with the mind.

Which do you prefer? The pain of self discipline?....or...the pain of self regret?

Welcome! We've all been there, I don't even know how many times I've started and then given up. But the only thing that matters is that you're back again and you're serious this time!

I've been here before but I suppose I didn't take myself seriously. The worst part is, I'm restarting at a HEAVIER weight, which sucks. I just need to remotivate and do this the right way. I currently have all the time I need to get this done so if you're someone who like to give others a swift kick in the rear, I'm in need of your services.
