Thank you for the welcome. :) Yes, I decided to participate in the November Kathmandu challenge. I'm starting small (68 miles) because it will be a busy month for me. It seems like a fun way to keep track of all the miles we walk! Thank you again and I look forward to being a part of the challenge.

Hello Walkers, My name is Leanna and I've just joined the team. I've belonged to Spark People for years but just found out about this team. Since I love walking for my exercise I thought it would be a good team to join. I am starting small until I get the feel for it. I'm joining the Nepal walk and am on my way.
I am pals, I was in love with walking(as exercise ) ....but after marriage everything changed ,every priority, every aspects of life has changed .....even my love toward walk......I start sitting more and more and gaining weight too.....now at this point when turn back and see I miss so many things....one of those is walk ...long walk.....so now i have decided i am going to start walking again ....I just Hope I will consistent ..Will Lose some weight too

I started my virtual walk on Rt. 66 a few weeks ago before I knew about this team. My daughter and her co-workers having been doing virtual walks for a while now, so I figured I start one of my own. I think they are walking across Australia now. Any way, I started my walk of Rt. 66 going East to West. I've driven parts of the old highway in New Mexico and it's been fun.
