It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.
I joined this site about a month but really have not explored until today. I love the articles and support I have seen throughout. I am a bit intimidated but I know that will pass the more I use this site. I might as well give a brief history about myself. I have been intertwined with various eating disorders since well be honest probably 6 years old. I would hoard food in my room. But I have mainly been troubled with COE, BED, Bulimia, and Anorexia. They have all gone in cycle over the years. My highest weight was 170lbs and my lowest weight (2 yrs ago) was 86 lbs. My height is 4' 11''. I am currently 150 lbs which is obese according to bmi. That baffles me a bit. I recently got blood test back saying that I have high cholesterol which was a total shock. And overall being the weight I am and looking the way I am I can't deal with it anymore. Having been 86 lbs and now the weight I am, the difference is crazy and I will always favor being tiny which is frustrating. But the main issue is that my health is at risk so I have lose weight to fix that. I am 27 years also if you are wondering.
