Hi Donna! to the team! Enjoy your walk, but be sure to let us know how you are doing..keep track of your mileage, it is really motivating to see it in black and white.. When you see how you are progressing it really helps to keep you pushing forward..
All you need to do is make a post, start with your miles you need and just edit every few days with your mileage each day and subtract it from your total, see how far you have left..
I will be stopping by your place to drop you off a new pair of shoes..
