Hi there i am new to this group and i love to walk everywhere. I have pedometer and i track my steps everyday i love to power walk i have been doing that now for 2 months now and i add in jogging for that extra cardio that i love.

Hi. I have plantar's that flares regularly and a couple of bad knees, but I like to walk. Your idea of getting somewhere rather than just going somewhere really appeals to me, so I look forward to reading about your treks and adding mine to the group's.
