Hello team, I'm excited to start working w/this team but I know I have a terrible habit of slacking off alotta squat!! I'm medically retired from the USAF due to an injury I incurred as I was serving. I have a lessened balance percentage & can only balance around 65-70% but I'm blessed to have the ability to walk let alone talk & breathe!! Ergo, I really want to try to improve my self confidence & all w/tryng to walk more & finally use this treadmill thats just a flippin coat rack!:-(( Please assist, educate & motivate me to get my arse up & walk!! THANKYOU!!
