My name is Norma Sanders and I joined SparkPeople maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago and just now introducing myself. Sorry. I'm 42 years old and I'm wanting to lose approx. 25-30 lbs. I've started walking again in the evening when it's cooler and walk little over 2 miles. I started slow but I'm getting back up there. I was able to walk 2 miles in about 30-35 min before I stopped. Why did I stop? I'm really not sure. I can give you all kinds of excuses but I won't.
I know I don't eat right cuz there are soooooo many veggies that I do not like so I don't eat veggies. I live in a very small town of approx. 650-700 people and our closest grocery store is an hour away so I can't just run down to the store and get "good for me" foods when I run out of what I have. It makes it really hard---that plus the fact that I don't like veggies LOL.
Anyway, I'm here and I want to make this work for me. Thank you for listening!!!
