Hi fellow walker's! Sandy is my name and walking is my favorite type of exercise. Some days I go for distance and some days I go for speed. I like to walk for more than the health benefits, it helps to clear my mind and really enjoy my surroundings-unless it has 4 wheels, bigger than me and emits deisel fumes! I try to find places with hills to walk and get the full benefit of the workout. Ok, enough of that and it good to meet you all
