My goal is 30 minutes a day for at least 5 days a week, 6 would be good but weekends are hard. I also do 5-6 classes a week, but I really want to concentrate on the walking

I am here now. I started walking again this last week. My goal is 30 miles in June (a mile a day). Then I would like to double that for July (two miles a day) so, not sure where I am "headed" yet!
