Welcome Anne! If you don't have a destination in mind yet for your walking, stop by the Thailand thread in the Challenge Walks forum. We're discussing our January destination and will offer walks of various lengths. It's always fun to have someone else along while you're walking.

Well, sounds like you have come to the right place. There are many of us who are "virtual walking" from the comfort of our living room, or just around the block when the weather is fine.

I was thinking, as the New Year approaches, what can I do to make 2010 even better than 2009? Walking more of course jumped to mind.

So here I am, treadmill set up and ready to go, and after reading the Spark guide for walkers, I decided this was the place for me.

So, hello name is Anne, and during the cold season, my walking will take place within the warmth of my apartment!
