I walk the hallways at home and do some exercises while house cleaning.Want to hike again after April's surgery.Not sure how to use the program yet.Still learning about the computer and all that Sparks has to offer.Until yesterday I had never done any form of chatting.With computer viruses everwhere I don't do anything on line, been a chicken about messing up my computer system has taken me months to join any spark groups.2010 is going to be my make myself over year.My eating habits,health habits in general.I want to learn to do it right and have a permanent changes in my life
