Hi all, I know I have been away for most of the summer, boy what a back slide! But I am getting back on track, and starting a new walk. I am trying the walk across america walk that most of you did last winter. But this time I'm not including the walking I do at work. I am only counting the walking I do outside of work. While I could easily get 14 miles a day if I added the walking at work, my body is already used to that walking, and I need more to get rid of this weight, so i might not have really high miles, but they will be all diet walking. hope I can get some good miles....
