Where to start?
Some good suggestions here - walk during your lunch break, but don't forget to also eat a healthy lunch!
Get up 10 minutes earlier and walk around the block.
Park as far away as possible while shopping.
Set aside 10 or 15 minutes a day for a walk. Maybe you could find something you think you shouldn't be doing - like for me, snacking in front of the TV - and walk instead.
