Hello from South Africa. Walking is very much a part of our lives here. But I once read an article that made walking easy initially. It said, park in a further away parking when shopping, take the stairs instead the elevator etc. Those are all beginnings which will lead you to wanting more and then indulging in more. Energy begets energy as does time beget time. Hope you manage.
