Finfin - I only count foot miles when counting them, bike miles when counting that, and swim miles when counting that. I do enough of everything that it still works out fine. ...can you say endurance junkie?

If you're interested, here's my hike in picture/blog form.

This was the edge of my endurance. Now I know exactly where it is.

Welcome to the team, Carol! You sound like my kind of hiker, although I have scaled back because of a recent knee injury. I am glad you jumped in on the May walk.

Hello from Southern Illinois!

I saw your "Golden in May" post. Were all of those miles on foot, or were some biking? I've known of one person who sometimes walks 15 miles in a day but I couldn't do that. This month I'm averaging 4.5 miles per day.

I followed the leader here from another person's page and you guys sound like you might be a fun team to join...so here I am.

I love to walk, hike, trail run. My husband and I put on a lot of miles and are what you'd call endurance junkies.
