Hmmmmm! I started off (and still going) with a virtual hike from Southern Illinois (home) to Key West, Florida. Been doing it for about 275 days. It was boring through the winter but now that I'm in Florida (virtually), it has picked up new interest.
I would actually suggest something shorter. I have used several shorter ones to keep it more interesting.

Hi all. New member. Haven't had time to read the posts yet but this seemed like a great motivational tool to help with my exercise plan. Question: Is it better to chose a short walk to start off with or jump right in to something challenging? What do y'all think? (yes, i'm from texas. )
