Hi. I'm Vicki and I've been a member of sparkpeople off and on for about 5 years. I'll leave for awhile then rejoin. Hopefully this time I'm here to stay. On March 13th, I gave away my scale and will never, ever have another one. I "watched" myself thru the scale gain 115 lbs over the last 7 years. The more I watched the scale, the bigger I got. So this time around, I'm working to eat healthier; less processed foods, and more veggies and fruits. I'm not a real lover of meats although I do eat them. But I'm working to cut back on them more and more, and over time become a full vegetarian. I'm trying to learn to listen to my body more and eat only the best things I can so I can be the healthiest I can be. Look forward to getting to know you.
