I will update this with my weight from the start of the year, especially since I am back to thinking my goal weight should be 125 instead of 130. Lynn I am 5'4" so I definitely would not think you were crazy for reevaluating your goal weight.

The 7th floor was where I was in August. After a move up to the 8th floor this fall, I'm back on the seventh. I think I should be on the 6th in a couple of weeks as I keep up the workouts and tracking food. I may have to re-evaluate that goal weight. I'm beginning to think it's a tad unrealistic for me at my age (55) and height (5'6") to weigh that little. Menopause is nature's joke.

I'm in the same boat with you, Lynn. The summer, and even this fall, has gotten to be so busy that it is difficult to track anything. I have moved from the 3rd floor to the 6th floor. I hope I don't stay there long.

Ugh! I just realized that I could have moved down to the 4 floor a few weeks ago. But, after this weekend away (casino, buffet, drinking, etc) I'm pretty sure I would be back to the 5th floor anyway. I will wait until Friday's WI and see if it evens back out.

I'm in the same boat as you two! Summer has been crazy, and I haven't had as much time to track and follow up with team stuff as I would like. I know not tracking as diligently as before is part of my SLOW progress. Starting over (AGAIN) tomorrow.

Lynn, You aren't the only one. I have been too busy to track lately and gotten out of the habit. I have gained a few pounds and I am back on the fourth floor, but hopefully not for long. Although, we are leaving Tuesday, coming back Saturday, going to my Father-in-law's house to help out and come back to my 2nd granddaughter's 11th birthday party on Friday night.

Hi all! I'm new to the apartment. I'm starting in at 208 and working on losing 50-55 lbs. I plan on doing this in 5 pound increments. If ya come and visit me on the tenth floor I'm serving calorie free, and point free for our weight watcher friends, margaritas, blending time will be 7pm just in time to watch the cubs. bring your favorite low cal snack ideas to share! Well, can you believe it? 154 today! I'm moving to the second floor! Not gonna unpack though. I leave for Hawaii in 24 hours and after 10 days in Hawaii something tells me I may be headed back up a floor or two. I'm gonna enjoy myself but I will be careful.

You are right Linda. My husbasnd returned last week from his deployment. He put on some weight while gone and finally feels like joining the band wagon. I am hoping that helps me.
I gotta be honest though. My worst moments of eating are when i am alone.
I know that I have some kind of mental block herdal here. Everyday I wake up and say this is the day that I get back on track. However, every day it doesn't go as planned. I mean I know what I have to do...I have done it. It is very frustrating. But, I am not gonna give up.
You guys are the best. I seem to do better when I am more active on the team and site, so working to get my time in. thanks for all the support.

You can do it, Terra. You just need to get focused, but that is so hard to do with all the distractions you have. It has really helped me to have DH losing weight with me. I am tempted to "cheat" far less often. I know you have us, but do you have anyone physically near you that you can buddy up with?
