Hello! I'm also a divorced mom of 3! I also have Hashimoto's since my first was born 19 years ago. Are you on medication? It should help with the fatigue! It's all about balance, which is nearly impossible when you're IT for your 3 kids! So dig in with both hands and make good choices for you! 80% of your health is from food choices. Eat more protein and fiber, whole grains and fresh if you can! Your kids can walk with you at the park or your neighborhood if you can't make it to the gym! There are some free exercise videos "on demand" if you have that kind of cable set up. I wish you well! It's a long road to health and fitness! Get rest!
