Hello! I'm also a divorced mom of 3! I also have Hashimoto's since my first was born 19 years ago. Are you on medication? It should help with the fatigue! It's all about balance, which is nearly impossible when you're IT for your 3 kids! So dig in with both hands and make good choices for you! 80% of your health is from food choices. Eat more protein and fiber, whole grains and fresh if you can! Your kids can walk with you at the park or your neighborhood if you can't make it to the gym! There are some free exercise videos "on demand" if you have that kind of cable set up. I wish you well! It's a long road to health and fitness! Get rest! Hi! I am a single mom of three kids. They are 14, 13, and 9. My divorce was final a year ago and I am finding that I am feeling frustrated with my weight and learning how to be single. That of corse is wearing thin on my self esteem. I have about 60 pounds to lose which isnt really coming off very easily. I have hashimotos disease which makes my metabolism work very slow. I am looking forward to making friends and finding people that can be a part of my weight loss support system!!!
