Begonias, the rose without thorns! But I love seeing anything blooming as our growing season is so very short here! No blooms yet, the trees are only just starting to show buds

I love all flowers, to look at & sometimes smell. My favorites are flowers given to me as gifts. I really appreciate the camellias that my mom planted in our backyard, taken as clippings from my grandmothers garden many, many years ago.

Orchids are my favorite but they seem to die the moment they enter my house. For outside planting I like pansies as they seem to smile and are a "happy" flower. I am hoping to plant them next weekend in front of my house.

In honour of April showers bringing May flowers, what are some of your favourite flowers?
