Not sure what the most foolish thing I bought is. There have been so many of them. I think it was empty baskets. Why? So I could put things in them and give them away. Now I have a huge collection of baskets.

I bought Eggies. They were plastic cups that were the shape of an egg and you're supposed to crack a raw egg into it, close the cup and put in boiling water to cook your boiled egg. It was supposed to take the pain out of peeling eggs but the boiling water actually melted the cups and it was a huge mess. Definitely a waste of money.
Oh well, teach me to buy a spur of the moment purchase in the check-out line at Wal-Mart!
