emoticon Welcome. You've come to the right place! I belong to a few teams but this is the only one that really helps me. RA makes it SO hard to lose weight. The chronic pain lead to depression for me too.

I was wondering if there might be a group of folks with RA on Sparkpeople and here you are! This is my third restart for Sparkpeople--before that I lost 35 on Weight Watchers but unfortunately regained every ounce when I hit a bad flare. I can't blame the disease--some if it was depression. I've been pouting abut the regain long enough and now I just need to lose the full 77 pounds and be done with it.

The good news is that I know lighter feels better and moves better. Taking the first step is all I need to do. So if you ladies will help hold me to no excuses, I would very much appreciate it.

I just made the switch from Enbrel to Humira and I'm seeing a lot of improvement in inflammation after just a few months so here's to things looking up.

Hope it's a good day for everyone.
