I've heard of it, but haven't had the courage to try it yet. If I see it in the grocery store I might try it though. Thanks for the heads up. I've seen at least one Spark Blog on it (it was last year or the year before I think). But I'm afraid it won't taste right or have that powdery consistency. I know of others who love it though.
Have you heard of PB2? It's powdered roasted peanuts, so it's like PB with 85% of the fat gone and nothing added. You mix it with water to a spreadable consistency.
I read about it (actually in a magazine article about SparkPeople, though I've never seen it mentioned on the site) and tried to find it at GNC, and in with protein powders. Then I found it in the supermarket in with the regular peanut butter.
I plan to make chicken satay with it in the peanut sauce.
