I listed some resolves on my blog....but also want to add one. I want to do some artwork on my graphics tablet....If I'm going to lose my eyesight--then I need to work NOW while I can see somewhat. Going to work on that today maybe.
Just a couple of things for me; to make movement more of a priority. Any kind of movement, even stretching and yoga most days of the week. To eat more vegetables and fruits and to incorporate more healthy foods into my daily diet choices. More water, and less stressing out about everything. I have a tendency to want control and I have none over my disease, or on anyone around me. I have to learn to just let go! Happy New Year!!!!

Exercise more. (I have a specific amount in mind.) I have signed up for a TRX Training course at the Y as well as my usual Tai Chi class. I've been longing to get into the pool and hot tub there but haven't managed lately with Christmas prep and autistic teen home on school vacay.
Also continue to try to meditate daily. I think stress management is really important.
I don't like to call them "resolutions"because we tend to think of those only lasting for a day or two.So let's resolve and set goals if you like that term better. I would challenge you to do some of your brainstorming in a blog format...then when you have your mind settled come here to this page and share your thoughts with us.
