Still working on my goals for 2014. But I do know I want to walk 7,000 steps average daily. Start a strength training routine that I can (and will) do consistently, minimum 3 days a week. I also plan to learn to scuba dive.
Exercise more. (I have a specific amount in mind.) I have signed up for a TRX Training course at the Y as well as my usual Tai Chi class. I've been longing to get into the pool and hot tub there but haven't managed lately with Christmas prep and autistic teen home on school vacay.
