I will continue to exercise at least 6 days a week and I will track my food for a minimum of 6 days a week as well with the goal of staying in range for at least 6 days. That will be hard when we do Christmas at my SIL's on Christmas Day and my family's on Boxing Day and then DH and I are flying to Arizona on December 27th but I will do my best.

My plan for the holidays... continue eating gluten free. This will be my first year gluten free over the holidays which will eliminate a LOT of normal temptations. I also plan to be as active as possible with exercising (do a session BEFORE going over to my mom's). If weather permits will probably go for a walk after the meal.

We are also eating at their campus dining room which means no leftovers. I also plan to treat Thursday as... a Thursday when off work... in other words any other day.

For the rest of the holiday season, I will continue doing the same routine, walk 3 days a week, strength train 2 - 3 days a week. Rest one day. Eat gluten free and stay within calorie range most days.

After all... my vacation is coming. In the caribbean. In bathing suits and shorts. So yeah, I want to look my very best.

I haven't thought about what to make for dessert ....Maybe I will buy some canoli ...Of course that has NOTHING to do with eating sensibly...I will not buy stuff to have in the house. We will have our dinner and that's it. How much damage can one meal do???
