I would go for a walk, go to town and just browse or buy small things to soothe like a good lotion, perfume, music, etc., come to SP! Play the piano/harmonica, sing, listen to music, read a good something.
I'm starting my ticker over with going low carb.

1st make a cup of tea in my favorite teapot or tea mug ...then I go into my room and shut the door and put music on through my ear phone. Sometimes I may actually need to vacate the house...sometimes I sit on the porch and sometime I take a walk.
