Books, books, books! emoticon

I don't have an ipod, although I'd like a Kindle! I'm not sure whether I'd like reading a Kindle for long books. I enjoy reading on the computer. I suppose it would do. But there's nothing like the feel of a good book. For now, I consider myself to be a bibliophile! I'm in love with books! My obsession is hardcovers. I have a collection of women's fiction and non-fiction with a focus on the Middle East and Dystopian Science Fiction. Dystopian is the world or society as we know it, in various terrible ways.I have most all of Margaret Attwood's books. She is my favorite. I also like the classic sci-fi and science books of Isaac Asimov and Stephen Hawkins. Love, love, love anything science. That's not counting my art book collection that I inherited. There's never a dull moment with books. It's like having friends all around you. My books always have a special place in my heart.

Oh I forgot to tell you. I'm a member of an online second hand book club. PaperbackSwap.com. It is a great site to talk about books and exchange used books of all kinds that are in good condition. We receive books for free and send book by paying for postage. If anyone want to join, let me know. I can give you my referral number so I can get credit for you joining and exchanging book There's nothing like getting a credit for another book, of course! Lol.

I don't have a problem with buying too many shoes...my feet are so messed up that I can't ever find shoes that don't hurt...

But I do buy too much nail polish!! Used to buy a lot of books until I got my Kindle...now I stock up on all of the free ebooks...they sure take up a lot less space!

I buy way too many shoes too, with trying to have just the right pair that feels good! That means some rather expensive ones too! But so very true, we can never have too many shoes! Love it, Elona!! emoticon Cookbooks is another one but alot are 2nd hand now. So many beautiful ones 2nd hand that have hardly been used. It seems especially with the healthy ones. Uh-oh, what does that tells us of America?! ha! emoticon We're all trying to eat healthier here anyway!!

Well I am not sure how to narrow this down, but I have a problem with purchasing too many magazines, too much make up, and I have a shoe issue as well. I may need to work on this.
