I've had RAD for a few months. I need to loose weight too. My metabolism is extremely low, so even though my meal plans and food choices are good I need to exercise like crazy to loose. I guess having a pinched nerve with bulging disks in my back and the swelling and pain from the RAD, exercise is not my forte. Each month I add another something to increase my exercise time. I do Tai Chi and swim laps twice weekly. Starting mid April I will add another swim session. If I can get myself out of bed in the morning I'll start walking. I find morning to be the hardest. The RA fatigue is the worse at that time. Those are my plans for the future and I'm looking forward to it. Have you made goals for yourself? What are they and if not I challenge you to making one for yourself.
Oh, I forgot something. I'm doing the Mud Run on Sunday. It's an obstacle course and full of mud! Lol. Should be a barrel of fun! Lol.
